North Side Christian Health Center provides patients of all ages with primary and preventive health care services. Our priority is early detection and management of modifiable diseases such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and others. A strong emphasis is placed on patient education. Our medical team of family physicians, pediatricians, nurse practitioners (CRNPs), nurses, and medical assistants take pride in providing high-quality care and providing a space where patients feel truly seen and heard about their health.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), all services are available on a sliding fee scale to those who are income eligible.
