North Side Christian Health Center is dedicated to improving the health of our community through high-quality primary and preventive care. We believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and excellence. In keeping with the teachings of Christ, we provide a warm, inclusive medical home for all persons. Whether you are seeking care for a child, an aging parent, or yourself, you are welcome here—regardless of your background, beliefs, or financial status.

Medical Services include:

  • Annual wellness visits

  • Physicals and other health exams

  • Sick visits and minor injuries

  • Chronic disease management, including High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Asthma, and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

  • STI/STD testing

  • Women’s health

    • PAP smears

    • Family Planning/Contraception

  • Cancer screenings

  • Vaccines

Virtual visits are available for established patients. Please inquire with your provider.

When other medical services are required, a referral will be provided to a reduced-cost specialist (if available).
