Billy Jo Pace Recognized on World Facilities Management Day

Billy Jo Pace, Facilities Manager

On World Facilities Management Day 2026, North Side Christian Health Center is proud to celebrate Facilities Manager Billy Jo Pace for her extraordinary impact across the organization. This year’s theme, “Cultivating Belonging Through Built Environments,” reflects Billy Jo’s daily work creating spaces that are welcoming, functional, and supportive for patients, staff, and the Northside community.

Billy Jo oversees facilities operations at both NSCHC’s Middle Street office and Northview Heights satellite location, playing an essential role in nearly every improvement project throughout the organization. From coordinating the installation of new building signage and managing the modernization of the Middle Street elevator, to helping develop alternative care solutions during construction disruptions, her dedication ensures that patient care remains uninterrupted.

Her influence can be seen throughout the organization in both large and small ways. Billy Jo has renovated clinical workspaces using donated office furniture, updated the staff break room kitchen to create a more comfortable environment for employees, and championed NSCHC’s solar panel project from inception to completion, helping advance the organization’s commitment to sustainability. She is also known for her constant attention to the details that make our space feel cared for; whether painting walls with a smile, supporting clinic security staff, watering plants, or responding whenever help is needed.

Outside the clinic walls, Billy Jo is a familiar face in the neighborhood, often participating in community clean-up efforts and helping keep the area surrounding the buildings free of litter. Her positive attitude and willingness to help have made her beloved by coworkers, patients, and neighbors alike.

In 2025, Billy Jo was honored by her peers with NSCHC’s Most Innovative Award, recognizing her creativity, problem-solving, and commitment to improving the organization.

“Billy Jo’s impact reaches every corner of NSCHC,” said Carilynn Coulter, NSCHC COO. “She approaches every project with care, pride, and compassion, and her work helps create an environment where both staff and patients feel supported and valued. We are incredibly grateful for everything she does for our organization and community.”

Thank you for being a part of the team!
