Bethany Blackburn, MBA
Chief Executive Officer
Bethany Blackburn serves as the Chief Executive Officer of North Side Christian Health Center (NSCHC), where she leads the organization’s mission to provide high-quality, compassionate healthcare to the community. A dedicated advocate for community health resources, Bethany also serves as the President of the Three Rivers Alliance of Community Health Centers (TRACHC), a non-profit dedicated to supporting regional health centers and expanding care access.
Civic & Community Leadership
With a deep commitment to public service and regional development, Bethany has served on the Hampton Township Council since 2018, where she currently holds the position of Council Vice-President. Throughout her tenure, she has championed critical infrastructure improvements, regional connectivity projects, and enhanced community services. Her ongoing priorities include developing interconnected community pathways and establishing a new, state-of-the-art public safety facility for local fire and EMS services.

Bethany began her career with two years of service in the Peace Corps in Côte d’Ivoire, followed by valuable experience working as a municipal budget analyst. She holds a degree in economics and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Washington University in St. Louis, bringing a strong foundation in financial stewardship and strategic planning to her executive leadership.
Outside of her professional and civic commitments, Bethany is deeply involved in her church and her children’s activities. She resides locally with her husband and their three children.
