| October 30, 2009 Given that November is the month of Thanksgiving, we are taking time to give thanks for and celebrate our patients through Patient Appreciation Month. During the month, we will utilize the opportunity to inform our patients of essential health information as flu season dawns. NSCHC's PittsburghGives portrait August 13, 2009 NSCHC is proud to announce its inclusion in The Pittsburgh Foundation's PittsburghGives. The online resource will officially launch in early September and will serve as a showcase of Pittsburgh's nonprofit organizations. Donors, volunteers, and community members alike will be granted access to "portraits" (information portals) of Western Pennsylvania's nonprofit organizations. Not only will supporters gain a greater understanding of NSCHC's mission, vision, and programs, but donors will also benefit from the option to make their contributions online through NSCHC's PittsburghGives portrait. The Pittsburgh Foundation has designated October 28, 2009 as Match Day. Donations of $50 or more to NSCHC will be matched 50 cents on the dollar by The Pittsburgh Foundation!
